Privacy Policy

This policy covers growthmodetech.com, operated by Growth Mode Technologies LLC. Services we provide under an agreement are also governed by that agreement and our Terms of Service.

When you send an inquiry through a form on this site (the contact, homepage, go-live readiness and partner forms), we store what you enter: your name, email, message and, if you add them, your organization and phone number. We also store which form you used, the page you sent it from, and how you first arrived during that visit: the first page you landed on, the referring website (address without query details) and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source).

We use this to review your inquiry and contact you. A notification with your inquiry is emailed to our sales team through our email delivery provider. Inquiries are stored with our website hosting and database providers. We do not send you an automatic confirmation email, and we do not sell your information.

This site does not send what you type into our forms to advertising platforms.

• Hosting. Our website platform (Lovable) and its infrastructure providers process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. The platform also adds scripts that collect visit statistics and page-performance measurements, such as pages viewed, referring site and device type.
• Phone link clicks. When you tap one of our phone numbers, we record that a phone link was clicked and on which page. No form details are included. A short-lived cookie (about one hour) limits how often these records can be created from one browser.
• Visit source. Your browser keeps your first landing page, referrer and campaign tags in session storage for the current visit, so they can be attached to an inquiry if you send one.
• Fonts and region. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details. To decide whether advertising measurement may run, your browser asks our hosting network for your approximate country; we don't store that answer.

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to help Meta show our ads to people more likely to be interested. The same pixel is used on websites of our related brands, so Meta may combine this activity with visits to those sites.

When it runs, Meta receives:

• a page view for each page you open;
• a “Lead” event when one of our inquiry forms is successfully saved, labelled only with the type of form and the page path, never what you typed;
• information Meta’s script collects itself, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page address and referrer, and Meta cookies (such as _fbp).

Meta may also use its own matching features to connect this activity to a Meta account. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.

The Meta Pixel does not run for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when we can’t determine your region. It stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or if you turn it off below. It does not run on our preview or test addresses.

We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond, maintain our business records and meet legal obligations. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized Growth Mode staff and the service providers that run our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
