How engagements work

One agreement. Written for your AI.

Instead of a per-user price table, every Managed AI engagement is defined by an AI Management Agreement: what we manage, what you own, who is responsible for what, and how we will be measured.

01

Why not a price list?

Two organizations with fifty users can have completely different AI footprints: one uses a single assistant, another runs private models, three agents and a customer-facing app. A flat per-seat price either overcharges the first or under-supports the second.

02

What the agreement defines

Each agreement is scoped after discovery and written in plain language so business owners, IT and finance can read the same document.

  • Workloads in scope: tools, agents, apps, models and infrastructure
  • Responsibilities matrix: Growth Mode, your team and third parties
  • Service levels, support channels and escalation
  • Onboarding plan and documentation deliverables
  • Ownership of accounts and data, and exactly which custom deliverables are assigned to you
  • Costs, billing method and how vendor licenses are handled

03

Vendor licenses billed directly

When appropriate, AI platforms, cloud accounts and software licenses are contracted and billed in your name. You see the real vendor cost, keep the account if the relationship ends, and avoid paying markup on pass-through services.

GMTTypical onboarding deliverables
  • Discovery of current AI tools, accounts and data flows
  • Risk and priority summary for business owners
  • Delegated access set up in client-owned accounts
  • Baseline configuration and monitoring
  • Runbooks and escalation contacts
  • Agreed review cadence for changes and improvements

Scope, costs and service levels exist only once written in a signed agreement. This page describes how agreements are structured, not a quote or guaranteed terms. The Growth Mode Terms of Service apply alongside your agreement.

FAQCommon questions
How long does it take to get an agreement?

It depends on the size of your environment and how quickly information is available. We start with a discussion, then a discovery step, then a written proposal.

Can the agreement change?

Yes. AI footprints change quickly. Agreements include a way to add or remove workloads and adjust scope in writing.

What if we leave?

Because accounts and licenses are preferably in your name, leaving means removing Growth Mode’s delegated access and receiving the documentation and any deliverables your agreement provides for.
