Growth Mode Technologies LLC was founded by serial entrepreneur, Matthew Masur.
Matt has built a remarkable career in IT leadership, with over 30 years of experience across diverse industries including Government, Manufacturing, Education, and Non-Profit organizations.
Starting at just 14 years old in a local computer store, Matt’s passion for technology grew into a career marked by innovation and leadership.
With Growth Mode Tech, Matt set out to create a new kind of tech company—one that champions community, values its people, and redefines customer service excellence.

The Growth Mode Technologies Team is a rapidly growing group of professionals with a wide variety of specialties and backgrounds.
All of our IT engineers have advanced experience, education and a demonstrated level of technical proficiency that meets our strict standards.
All team members are also chosen for their people skills as well as technical skills.
