Founder
Matthew Masur is a serial entrepreneur whose career in technology began at 14 years old in a local computer store. Over more than 30 years he has held IT leadership roles across government, manufacturing, education and non-profit organizations — the kind of environments where technology decisions are judged by whether operations actually improve.
That background is why Growth Mode starts with the operation rather than the product catalog, and why the company was built to implement and operate what it designs.
