Cloud AI infrastructure

Cloud AI, built in accounts you own.

We prefer to build in your own AWS and provider accounts with delegated access for Growth Mode. You keep the account, the billing relationship and the data; we design, deploy and operate what runs inside it.

01

Why client-owned accounts

When a vendor owns the cloud account, leaving means migration. When you own it, ending a relationship means removing access. Client ownership also makes billing transparent.

02

What we build

Infrastructure is defined as code so environments are repeatable and reviewable.

  • Organization and account structure with SSO
  • Least-privilege IAM and delegated access roles
  • Private networking and model endpoints
  • Secrets management and encryption
  • Logging, monitoring and budget alerts
  • Backup and recovery for data in scope
GMTWhat we manage
  • Cloud account and identity architecture
  • Infrastructure-as-code deployment
  • Managed model access and gateways
  • Cost visibility and spend alerts
  • Monitoring, patching and incident response
  • Documentation and access reviews

Cloud provider services and charges are governed by your provider agreement and billed to your account. Growth Mode fees are separate and defined in your AI Management Agreement.

FAQCommon questions
Do you only work with AWS?

AWS is our preferred platform for governed AI environments, but we work with other providers when there is a good reason or an existing commitment.

Can you take over an existing cloud account?

Often, yes. We begin with a review of identity, cost and configuration before taking operational responsibility.
